Financial Policy

We provide the highest quality of care at Bright 32, therefore payment is due at the time of service. While we do accept most major dental insurances, it is your responsibility to pay any balances at your dental visit. If you do not have dental insurance, we offer a competitive in-office membership plan to help reduce your out-of-pocket costs. As always, call our office to discuss any insurance and financial concerns and we will be happy to assist.

Scheduling

At Bright 32, we value your time so understand you may not always have your calendar in front of you. For your convenience, we have online scheduling and of course, you can always call to schedule an appointment. We are happy to help you schedule an appointment with the hygienist of your choice, please simply let us know ahead of time. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

First Visit

Your first dental visit with Bright 32 is a chance for us to get to know YOU, but in order to do that we may need a bit of information from you. Your visit will include a comprehensive exam, a professional cleaning, and any necessary dental radiographs to develop a proper diagnosis and treatment plan if needed. We ask for you to bring a list of all medications and referrals to make a smooth transition to our office.
